SALES POLICY
By contacting you agree to and have read our sales policy!
Pickup and Transport
- Pick up location will be determined by us (gas fee may apply). If you are using a transport service, you MUST confirm location and transporter with us to make sure it will work on our end. (Buyer pays ALL transport fees and may have to pay a gas fee to us depending on how far we must drive to meet said transport)
- If for any reason the transporter is delayed, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. This results in a refund of ONLY your payment to us on the bunny (we will not refund you the cost you paid for transport, that is between you and transport).
- If I feel that a transport will not be safe for the bunny, I reserve the right to decline sending the bunny with said transport. (I will not be giving any refunds on transport cost or on the bunny in this case)
- When using transport, your bunny MUST be picked up within one month after ready date (Boarding fees will be added for each week the bunny has to stay after ready date). If he or she is not picked up within one month of leaving date by transport, you will forfeit any payments you have made to me on the bunny. (I will not refund you of any transport payments)
-Transporter MUST give me the meeting date, time, and location at least 4 days before meeting. If no response is received or the transporter springs anything last minute I reserve the right to cancel any sale and or transport (In this case I will refund only the payments made to me on the bunny, no transport fee refunds)
-buyer will be required to sign our contract at pickup or digitally, if you refuse to sign we hold the right to cancel the sale. In this case no refund will be given!!!
Rabbitry Rules
- for the safety of our bunnies, our Rabbitry is closed to the public unless scheduled. We typically only allow family and close, trusted friends to the rabbitry. Otherwise, pickups will take place in Tionesta, PA. I do not meet unless I am already going to a location closer to you and is at the time your bunny can leave.
- we refuse to let one of our bunnies leave under 8 weeks old. There are times that we may let them leave slightly early to leave for transport, but we will not do this often and the bunny must be looking very healthy and be eating and drinking very well.

- To the best of our knowledge our bunnies are healthy. All sales are final and no refunds of any kind will be given after the bunny has left our care. If no response is recieved from the buyer wihtin two days of messaging, the bunny will be relisted for sale and buyer will forfeit any payments already made.
- If you do not show up at our agreed meeting location at agreed time, the bunny will be relisted for adoption and you will be forfeiting any payments you made on him or her. You will also be put on our "do not sell to" list. This is not to be rude in any way but to ensure that our bunnies are going to a responsible owner that is not just wasting our time.
- Buyers must be atleast 18 years or accompanied by an adult. If your bunny has to be held past original planned pickup, boarding fees will be charged. Breeding, Show, and Temperment success is not guaranteed. As much as I would love to guarantee that a bunny will get you a first place ribbon at your county show, I cannot. Our bunnies are handled daily and loved on, but this does not mean that they will all be sweet and cuddly. Sadly not all bunnies prefer to be handled as much as others. We try our best to determine the personalities of each bunny but some do change and may act differently in a new environment. Make sure you are giving them enough time to adjust to their new home.
- We sex all of our bunnies before posting them for sale, but it is the buyers responsibility to double check before leaving pickup .
- We do not offer discounts unless stated, so please don’t ask.

Deposits and Reservation
- We require a non-refundable deposit of half your total balance to hold a bunny. Remaining amount is due at or before pickup. This means NO refunds unless the bunny becomes ill or dies BEFORE leaving my care.
- We do not allow deposits to be transferred to another bunny. If you decide you want a different bunny from us, you will not be allowed to swap out bunnies and keep deposit. You would be forfeiting any payments you have already made on the originally chosen bunny and would have to now make new payments on the new bunny.
- When using transport your final payment on the bunny must be payed when the bunny turns 8 weeks old (before pickup). If i message you asking you to send the rest of payment and do not recieve a response and or payment within two days of messaging, you will forfeit payments already made and bunny will be relisted for adoption.
-Payments can be made through PayPal or cash, no checks (cash will not be accepted for deposit, must pay through PayPal). When using PayPal, buyer is required to pay ALL PayPal fees. You must send a payment using friends and family. If for some reason you may accidentally charge the fee to me, you will be required to pay it back to me at pickup (it will be added to your total).
- If in the future you can no longer keep the bunny you purchased from us, you MUST give us notice. We will either take the rabbit(s) back or give you permission to list the bunny for sale. In this case we will NOT GIVE ANY REFUNDS!!!!
- When reserving a posted bunny, I go by fcfs (first come first serve). We also hold a waitlist for our litters and will hold a reservation day to go through the list and give our waitlist members a chance to reserve what is available. In this case you will only get about an hour to respond and have your deposit sent or i move onto the next in line. If I feel a certain litter is not exactly what you are wanting i will recommend a different litter to you and will mark down what you are wanting.
-If the bunny’s gender is misread, I will refund you the amount payed to me. (if the bunny is still in my care). If a bunny i sold to you's gender was misread by me, i will not refund you instead i will take the bunny back and let you choose another that is of the same price. If the bunny you choose is more than what you payed for your first bunny, you will be required to pay the differnce. We will not be giving any refunds in this case.
